Since our inception in 2003, KR Real Estate Developers LLC has been at the forefront of transforming landscapes into vibrant communities. With a portfolio that spans both residential and commercial sectors, we've dedicated ourselves to crafting spaces that inspire.
Today, KR Home Development brings that experience to luxury custom homes across North Georgia, from earlier homes in Dahlonega and Buford to Suwanee Preserves, our gated community of 22 homesites in South Forsyth County, where the first homes on Sky Lane are now complete.

Responsible for day-to-day operations, overseeing accounting and finances, and coordinating with CPAs, county engineers, contractors and planning functions. Yugandhar's background includes work as a Design Engineer with L&T ECC and as a consultant for L&T Ramboll, along with expertise in IT for banking and credit cards.
